COORDONNATRICE DE LA MOBILISATION CITOYENNE
My few intense months on the organizing committee allowed me to create and activate the volunteer recruitment plan. I had to organize and direct few intern events as accreditation sessions and volunteer training sessions. It was also exciting to organize around 50 recruitment events around the host city. My team and I manage to recruit and manage more than 1 500 volunteers.
The volunteer recognition party was a great success for the 400 spectators (coordination with different suppliers)
I was pleased to supervise and support staff under my responsibility. I also participate in the drafting of the final report.
Skills: planning, team management and task prioritization
INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Being able to guide the customer throughout the sales process is very rewarding. From the preparation of the programs, to making a design and to finally validate the order in a precise deadline is very a complete task. I must be aware of the consumer needs and I must know my products. For each club or group of cyclists, I also have to create a personalized online store. I also update the e-commerce website of our main brand, Biemme America (Back Office management, content marketing, client experience or design...)
Skills: Relational skills ans power of persuasion
1 year and 8 months - 2020
Paris, France
I had the opportunity to organize national and international competitions (French and European championships).
During the 10 or 12 weeks a year all around France, I managed the competition; supervising the administrative, commercial, logistical and sportive aspects. I also organised the prize ranking, the national records of the International Shooting Sport Federation and the resultbooks. I also did the administrative gestion of the national collective's internship.
I was one of the main points of contact of the adherent (200 000 licenses in 2020).
Skills: organized, team spirit and adaptability.
PROJECT MANAGER
2018 - 8 months
Paris, France
In this Paris based startup, I participated in the organization of both B2B sporting events such as the Paris Marathon 2018 and the Paris Express Challenge, and B2C events where my duties included teambuilding and creating personalized events for clients. I particularly appreciated the preparation and onsite management during these events. I initiated different marketing actions, for example I created a loyalty pack and video interviewers of selected ambassadors of the brand. Being part of the communication section of our start up was also rewarding, as were the actions undertaken for “Summer Challenge” or the “Challenge Detox”.
I was also the main point of contact and liaison officer between Urban Challenge and its members.
Skills: versatility, autonomy and initiative taking.
ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER
6 months - 2017
Isle of Wight, United Kingdom
With the support of the Host Venue Manager, I helped create the ESS Events worldwide. I was the main contact for the different suppliers (cleaning, security, staff services, plants, flowers...) from cost optimization to delivery. My logistical duties included full management of the transfers of our staff team, around 60 people (accommodation, flights & transfers, visas, catering). The elaboration and diffusion of the Roadbook was important for a good progression of the event. I found great satisfaction in leading and fully coordinating the Volunteer program, which was pre-event, onsite and post event.
During my internship, I had the chance to travel and work with people from different countries (Mexico, England, USA).
The different professional challenges of before, during and after events were particularly enjoyable.
Skills: rigour and meticulous, adaptation.
